Dealers are expected to arrange their own delivery and insurance of goods purchased from APD International.

However, where APD International has either arranged delivery on behalf of the dealer and delivery insurance has been declined by any of the dealers' purchasing staff members or delivery insurance has not been included on the Sales Invoice, then the dealer is responsible for delivery losses.

Where delivery has been arranged by APD International and insurance has been requested, then the dealer is also responsible for any excess insurance costs on delivery losses.
