To return faulty products under
warranty or for credit an RA (Return Authority) number must first be requested by
emailing or faxing back an .

- Being issued an RA number is
not a guarantee of credit or replacement. It is just an authority to return goods.
- When an RA number has been issued
then the goods must be received within 2 weeks or the RA will become invalid and
a new number must be requested.
- The RA number must be clearly
marked on the outside of the shipping carton and not on the product.
- Products returned without an
RA Number will be sent back to the dealer at the dealers' expense.
- The dealer must pre-pay all freight
charges when sending goods and are responsible for damage in transit.
APD International
will pay freight when returning replacements unless the goods are found not faulty.
- Products found not faulty, will
incur a "No Fault Found Fee" and return freight costs.
- Copies of original Sales Invoices
(proof of purchase) must be included with the return.
- Replacement products inherit
the remaining warranty of the faulty product. Replacement products do not incur
any new or extended warranty.
- Faulty products returned will
be repaired or replaced depending on the manufacturer policies. Goods that can not
be replaced will be shipped back to the manufacturer for repair under the manufacturers
warranty.
- Goods returned for credit that
are not in "as new " condition or retail-packages that have been opened and damaged
will either not be credited or will incur a restocking fee at the discretion of
APD International.
- Goods being returned for credit
after 7 days will incur a restocking fee.
- Goods may only be returned by
the company to whom the goods were originally invoiced and not by any other party.
- Under no circumstances can software
products be returned for credit or exchanged. However disks found to be faulty will
be returned to the supplier for replacement.
