• Unless otherwise stated products sold by APD International carry a 12 months "Return-to-base" warranty.
• Any product that has failed due to misuse," physical damage or through installation or operating conditions not in accordance with the manufacturer recommendations will not be warranted.
• Products where serial numbers or warranty stickers can not be identified will not be accepted for warranty or credit.
• There is no warranty for software problems or problems arising from software on any computer systems or hard disk drives.
